Tekes Yian Biological Products Co., Ltd. is a strategic emerging industrial technology-based production enterprise attracting investment in 2014 after the local County Party Committee and County Government restructured the flax factory. It belongs to Gansu Huaan Biotechnology Group. Founded in April, 2014, it is located in the Small and Medium-sized Micro-enterprise Park in Tekes County, the historic city of Bagua City in Yili, Xinjiang, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million yuan. The main raw materials of products are mainly from the rich fresh milk and yogurt resources in Yili region and surrounding pastoral areas, and are processed in situ using the mature production technology of fresh milk processing casein of Gansu Huaan Biotechnology Group. It produces fresh milk casein series products, including food-grade casein, industrial-grade casein and emulsifiable concentrate. Among them, the quality of fresh milk casein products meets the requirements of various physical and chemical indexes of similar products in the world.

The establishment of Tekes Yian Biological Products Co., Ltd. in Yili region, Xinjiang is an important measure for Gansu Huaan Biotechnology Group to implement the strategy of establishing production base in the place of origin of raw materials. It has already completed the investment of RMB 31 million yuan, purchased 52.8 mu of land in the Small and Medium-sized Micro-enterprise Park in Tekes County, and built the milk casein production line and cream production line that meet the requirements of food processing, which was officially put into production in August, 2015, with an annual production capacity of 4000 tons of casein and 300 tons of emulsifiable concentrate.
